General terms and conditions of the Relais Limonaia

A holiday without worries. Here is all the information you need to book a relaxing stay in a B&B at Lake Garda.

Booking

• Reservations can be made directly online
• A non-binding offer will be sent to you following your request. The reservation is confirmed only after written notification from us stating the total price of the stay and after payment of the deposit, which must be made within 3 days of our confirmation. If the payment is not made on time, the reservation is considered void.
• The reservation is binding for us only upon receipt of a copy of the deposit payment receipt or the credit card details on which the authorised withdrawal is to be made. Send a copy of the payment by e-mail (info@relaislimonaia.com).
• You will then be sent a confirmation e-mail or a summary voucher to show at check-in. Confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.
• A credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation. No prepayment will be made: the stay will be paid for by the customer on site.
• A pre-authorisation to the relevant card may be required.
• Children are welcome from the age of 14.
• Dogs are not allowed.

Cancellation

• All booking cancellations must be communicated in writing. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the cancellation conditions.
• For cancellations or changes made up to 15 days prior to the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. For cancellations or changes made after this deadline, the total amount of the booked stay will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee.
• No reimbursement is due in the event of a guest interrupting a stay already begun, and the entire booked stay will therefore remain payable.
• Should the guest fail to arrive at the property on the day of check-in, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
• Payment in advance, non-refundable. If this special rate is booked, the full amount will be charged to the credit card provided by the customer on the website or by bank transfer upon confirmation of the booking. The full amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Prices

• Prices are per room per night including breakfast and parking space in the garage.
• The tax of € 1.50 per person per night is to be paid at the end of the stay.

Check-in/check-out

• Rooms are available from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10 a.m.

Late check out

On request, it will be possible for guests to use their rooms and the services of the relais (Pool Bistro, Garden Spa, shower and gym changing rooms) until 5 p.m. on the day of check-out at a price of € 60 per room. Service subject to availability. Dedicated parking space outside.

Half late check out

On request, guests may use the relais facilities (Pool Bistro, Garden Spa, shower and gym changing rooms) on the day of check-out at a price of € 30 per room. Service subject to availability. Dedicated parking space outside.
